Not sure if I can help but if you answer the following questions, it might shed some light on the problem.

Did the presentation run when you viewed it in preview mode?

How did you create your storyline project - did you start by importing files from PowerPoint

What is on the first slide of the storyline presentation? any special characters, fonts, animations etc.

Have you tried publishing in any other formats other than exe?  Try publishing in html and see if if works.

Thank you Nancy. The presentation run in preview mode.

I used some template and import slides form some projects.

I test multiple combination i n first slide, image with characters. text with images and etc. But the problem still exist.

Even when I publish templates with no change and manipulation, player stays in loading state.

I test all output formats (I mean, HTML) and in browser (IE and firefox) but in runtime its remain in loading cycle without any viewing.

Please guide me.

Hmm, it doesn't sound like it is an issue with the content because you can preview and run it in the other output formats so it might have something to do with your operating system. EXE files does not run on Macs for example, and I know that in the past with Articulate Presenter there were issues with 64-bit machines.

If can post the story file here, I can take a look at it and try publishing it. If that is not an option then your best bet might be to submit a case to Articulate so that they can look at the problem in more detail. You can submit a case using the link below.
