Hi, I published my story for CD/DVD as my client couldn't access the web version. I had someone else in the office check they could access the story and they could but my client can't access it at all. What could be going wrong?
they need to unzip the folder and then double clcik the exe file, the only reasons I can think are they are using a Mac or they are double clicking the html file link.

Thanks Phil. I know they are not on Macs and I unzipped the file for them so I am not sure why they still can't see it. I will check that theya re clicking on the exe file.
