I'm working on a quiz in Storyline and when I preview/publish a particular slide (see attached) the text seems to go crazy when you hover over an answer.
Thanks for providing the zip file. I was able to view the published presentation. I can certainly see how that text would be distracting! Are you able to share the actual .story file, so I can take a look at what's going on? I don't see it in the zip file that you provided.
I meant to post this earlier today, your flickering is because the hover state and the normal state are different sizes, it is going to hover then automatically switching back to hover because it is no longer hovering over the object.
the quick fix is to copy the text, delete the answer, add a new response then paste your text in
Hi, Pierre -- Thanks so much for reaching out and for the example you have provided. Would it be possible for you to share your file, please? And may I ask if the suggestion offered above to cut the original responses and paste them into new responses showed any improvement for you?
If you would like to share your file here, you are welcome to upload using the grey ADD ATTACHMENT button in the reply box, or if you would prefer to share privately, here's the form you would need. Your patience is appreciated! :)
Yes, cutting and pasting answers in form view works great, but I must admit I'm fed up using workarounds for quiz answers, workarounds for master slides, workarounds for blurry notes, etc.
I'd rather get all those bugs fixed but it looks like SL team takes workarounds (usually coming from users) as fixes and then no hope to get a proper update.
Hi, Pierre -- Many thanks for your reply and for submitting your case. I will take a look as soon as possible and will reply via email from within your case. Your patience is appreciated!

This seems to happen when you resize the object and the hover state does not maintain the size of the hover state
Thanks for the information, Phil!
Thanks Phil and Christine!
Cutting the original responses and pasting them into new responses seemed to do the trick.
Hopefully it's a bug which will be ironed out in an update!
Hi Philip,
That's great! Thanks for the update
Three years after, Storyline 2, bug still there...
