Go into your question bank and select a slide to edit. Once you're on the edit screen, go to the slide preview bar on the left, click any slide, and then do CTRL+A to select all. Copy all the slides.
Create a new scene, and then paste. That should pull all your question slides out of the bank so use individually throughout your project. Hope that helps.
Ok, another option would be to start a new/different project, and then use the Import feature, and you should be able to pull all your question bank slides into the new project.
Edit - I just attempted the Copy/Paste I initially described with a bank of 30 questions, and everything worked perfectly.

It seems to copy only 1 slide, even when all are selected.
