Question Bank Reset to Initial State issue

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your .story file so that we could take a look.

You mention that the quizzes are not resetting.

I took a look at the way your quiz was set up and here's what I noticed:

So, your learners are jumping to another slide prior to the 'Reset Results' trigger being able to work. Here's some additional information on trigger order if you'd like to take a look.

I'd adjust Slide 2.10 to display:
