Question Feedback message has random wording on it that I can't get rid of

Hi there, I'm developing my first quiz.  I've added in my questions and answers, but when I play the slide, and answer a question I get the text I set, either "Congrats, your answer is correct." or "Incorrect" however on the right hand side of the screen, there appears some random text "Here you can provide additional information on why the learner's answer was correct.  You can use this space for text, animations, or even a small movie."  

My question is, how do I change this text, or put in an animation or movie?  I can't find the option anywhere.
