Hi again, Chanh! I looked at your file, and I wanted to be sure that you have your Tracking options set to track by results slide (with score) as opposed to tracking by slides viewed (which only counts the number of slides viewed, no score).
I was able to publish your file with those settings, test in SCORM Cloud, and retrieve the score. Let me know if that helps!
