Can someone tell me what I can do to fix this issue. I have a quiz slide (pics attached) alignments one is what appears on the slide, alignments 2 is what happens on the preview and on the website. Help please???
I'm sorry you're running into that issue! Do you have states for those options, and are they aligned as well?
It would help to jump into the file and see what's happening behind the scenes. Are you comfortable with sharing your .story file for testing? You can share it publicly here, or privately with our support engineers. We'll delete it when we nail down what's going on!
Thanks for reaching back out and I'm sorry it's still happening! If you can share your .story file of the course or even just save the slide you're running into issues with, I'd be happy to take a look.
Feel free to share the file to your unique upload link here, and I'll get a notification once it comes in!

Thank you. I did that, but it didn't work and that won't affect the Storyline program and it shows up in the program in preview mode :(

Good thought on the states Ren. I'll check. If it continues, I'd be happy for you to look at it. Do your run on Parallels? THANKS
Hi Sylvia,
I run on VMWare, but I do have colleagues with Parallels I can check with if you think it's virtual machine-related.
Let us know if it continues, and we'd be happy to help troubleshoot!
Hi Ren, it is still happening. I would be most grateful if you could check with your Parallels colleagues! THANK YOU!
