Quiz - collecting shapes

Hi, I think I am stuck. I want to create a quiz where when they answer questions correctly they can collect shapes. At the result slide I want to show what shapes they collected. I did 2 layers at the end for the result, one for if they got all the shapes and another one for "failure", where all shapes start as hidden. I set up variables so that as they answer questions correctly, it changes the variable to true when they hit the continue button of the correct layer of the question. Then I though I could change the state to Normal of the shape on the failure layer of the result slide. I can't seem to make it work, but not sure what I am doing wrong.
I added a test file, maybe someone can see where I am going wrong?

I just figured it out. I just need to change the state of the shapes when the timelines of that result layer starts and the condition is that the variable is now true. Yeah!
