The content fits in the object in the slide view (attached 1), it's when I attempt the whole quiz and review my results is when it doesn't fit (attached 2).
sorry I misunderstood. Have you checked the slide layout that is being used to see if the text box is sitting inside a placeholder text box - that may or may not be the issue.
happy to take a look if you want to upload the file
Not sure why it is doing what it is but, created a new slide and reduced the font slightly from Open Sans 12 to 11.5 and it appears to work ok. That's not the answer - maybe you need to log a support call, but it might be a short term workaround till you get a response. Sorry couldn't be anymore help

In slide view you should be able to select the object (double headed arrow) and resize the text box that all the responses are in
