I have a course taker who is not able to see the Finish button. This is the second Storyline developed course she has taken and she was able to see the Finish button on the first course. I am able to see the Finish button and others have taken this course with no complaints. This person is using Internet Explorer 8. She scores 100 on the quiz but the course does not show a completion in the LMS and I am assuming that is because she doesn’t have a Finish button.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any ideas on what could be causing this problem? Thanks
Is this a button you've added to a slide or the "exit" button you've enabled in the player? Is this user able to test within a different browser? You mentioned that you can see it (from within the LMS?) and that other users have successfully taken the course? You may want to have this user check into the Flash version being used within IE8 and any other browser settings that could be interfering with this.
