Quiz Gives Incorrect Feedback and project looses External files

I tried searching the forum on this but nothing came up. Sorry if I am duplicating.

I have several quizzes in several modules of a course. One of these quizzes returns 50% when I get all four questions correct. When I test this in preview mode, the results slide is always correct. It is when I use this as a published course that it miss-fires.

All of the quizzes are question banks and in this case, there are six questions in the bank but I am asking it to only do four each time. All of the other quizzes work well and the final quiz calculates correctly.

I have checked this pool and from what I see, the settings are correct. Why does it show correctly in preview but not when published? What am I missing?

Also, when I publish this file, it loses all of the external files I need. Why is Articulate losing these files when published? Right now, I just copy them into the correct folder after it is published and then zip it.

The quiz issue is the main one and it is keeping me from completing this course.
