Quiz not progressing to next slide

Hello all - gosh do I need help I'm going crazy!
I have designed a quiz in AS2 of 30 questions, and for some reason on the ipad only I cannot navigate past question 9. I have redone the slide, I have checked the triggers and it's all good. I moved the slide up to Q1 and it works there so it's not the slide itself, it's the point at Q9. It works fine on my laptop. I have republished it several time to articulate online - nothing :( I'm at my wits end, so time consuming. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi Carol
it's going to be easier for someone to help if you can upload the story file.
Sure, is this a secure box? The content is confidential, and may not be in the public domain.
No Carol it's a public forum.
Perhaps you need to log a support ticket and one the Articulate engineers can look at it for you.
Ok, will do. Thanks Wendy :)
Glad that Wendy was able to pop in and share the link with you Carol. I'd be happy to follow along when you get it uploaded. Just share the case number here :)

Hi Leslie
Happy to share, where do I find the case number? I cannot seem to locate
one?
You should have received an e-mail post submission. If you did not get this, perhaps the case was not submitted successfully. Could you try that again?
Hi Leslie
I have submitted twice now (I received a 'case submitted' notification, however nothing was sent to my email and I have heard nothing so far.
Hi Carol!
I would open it on your behalf, but we have quite a few listed with the same name, so I'd hate to mess that up.
Could you e-mail support@articulate.com and this will create a case for you - this is not the norm, but seems we need to figure out how to get you through :)
Hi, just to follow up. Articulate support were a great help. 2 of my slides were corrupted. This meant it did work on the laptop but not viewed on iPad. To fix:
Glad you got it sorted Carol - good luck with your project!
Hi Carol! Glad you were able to get through and get the support you needed. Thank you so much for popping back in with an update.
