Quiz reporting and tracking to LMS

Hi all,
I have created an exam that needs to be flexible for the users to go back an change their answers to questions throughout the exam. So I added a "Submit All" button at the end of the exam to the results from the results slide. That worked so all is good there.
The issue arises when I pull a tacking report from LMS, tracking/reporting history on the interactions is blank.
I'm guessing this is because I have removed the "Submit" button from each slide, which submits the interaction, therefore, removing the possibility to track on a per slide basis.
So my question is simple, is there any way where:
A learner can go back and update/change their answer to a question and also track what they did?
p.s. I am publishing to SCORM 2004 3rd edition

Hi Ivan,
You should still be able to capture answer data in the LMS, even with the Submit Answers All at Once setup. I have a few questions about your file:

I reverted to my original setup with submit button on each slide and the data is captured.
I do have a results slide after the quiz
I am tracking using the results slide
Can you elaborate on your last point, I'm sure I understand completely.

Hi Ivan! Alyssa is wondering if the score from the quiz is reported to your LMS, even if the question detail is not.
When you answer the last question, does the course take some time to load the results slide? And do you see the proper score on the results slide?
