Attached is a "quiz" actually an acknowledgement by employees of our Confidentiality Agreement. Everyone is being "failed" even though they have passed and I can't figure out what I did wrong.
Diane, on the feedback layers of the first slide, you had 2 commands when they clicked the continue button - Hide layer and Jump to next slide. I removed the hide layer command and it seems to be working now.
i checked your file, and you have the results set to track based on the number of slides viewed. Also you have this set to Complete/Incomplete.
Many LMSs track both a completion status and a success status. To report both statuses, choose either Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed when publishing Storyline content. Completed/Incomplete and Completed/Failed report only the completion status.
Here is your course status using a passed/failed option:
When you change the tracking in the publish settings, you can test this in the SCORM Cloud to make sure it behaves as you need before publishing to your LMS.
Hopefully they will let you test there! The SCORM Cloud is the industry standard for testing your content. It would just help see whether any issues are content related or LMS related :)

Glad to help Diane,

Thank you I am checking with IT as to whether we can use the Cloud or not.

I completely agree. Thank you again. Articulate responds so quickly – took forever to hear from our LMS provider.
