Quiz results slide

Hi I'm building a course where there are multiple questions throughout the course. 

When clicking the 'review quiz' button on the results slide at the end of the course, it reviews the first question in the course (which is correct), but then when i click 'next' it goes to the next slide rather than going to the next question. 

Ive never had this problem because usually i would simply add all the questions at the end of the course so the questions would naturally come one after the other when clicking 'next'. 

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Leo
