Hmm. The first thing that comes to mind is checking the revisiting states for the slides with the questions. Are you able to share your project's .STORY file, so I can take a quick look? You can attach it by using the paperclip icon in your response.
Appreciate it, but unfortunately that's the JavaScript file. The file that I would need to look at is actually listed as an "Articulate Storyline Story" file type. So, for example, if your course is named "MyProject", the file name would be "MyProject.story". I hope that makes sense Let me know if you're not able to find it.
Glad you spotted that - may very well be the cause I believe that trigger is tied to the "Continue" buttons for both the "Correct" and "Incorrect" layers. If you go into those layers and click on the button, you should be able to assign that trigger to the object.
Thanks for the screenshots! The triggers look good, from what I can see. One thing you could try is adjusting the revisiting options (as shown in your last screenshot). Try setting this to "Resume Saved State" and see if this changes anything. You could also try removing the results and review slides and recreating them for the question and see if this fixes it.
I apologize about the file size, unfortunately large files won't post here correctly. If you try the suggestions above, and you still can't get this to work, I'd still be happy to take a look. You can submit the files in a support case, if you'd like. Just submit it to my attention and share the case number with me, so I can access the case and the files. You should be able to attach the file on the second page of the case form.
Hopefully we'll be able to get this working for you!
Can you please make sure that on your question slides where the "feedback layers" are..(incorrect and correct), make sure that on the continue buttons.. "hide this layer" trigger is first on the list.
I think that may be it. Order of triggers are important and in this case, since it's set to jump to the next slide first when you click continue.. it never gets to actually hide the layer.

Thanks Christine.
I'm attaching what I think is the .STORY file.

Okay, I'll look for it. However, you have already given me a clue based on your first response.
When I created the question slides, I deleted the trigger "Hide this layer when the user clicks" on each of my question slides.
That trigger was associated with the correct, incorrect and try again layers for each question slide.
I guess I need that trigger!
So here's my next question. How do I add it back it.
It just says "when the user clicks" and there's no button association with it.

Well, I added back the "hide this layer" trigger into all the question slides and associated it with the Continue button, but that didn't work.
I'm attaching 3 screen shots on which you'll hopefully spot an error.
I can't upload the .STORY file 'cause it's too big (60 MB).
Thanks for working with me on this.
Liz
Here's a screen shot of the problem.

HI Christine,
I don't have "review slides"
I only created Question Slides.
So, I'm not sure what you mean by "removing the results and review slides and recreating them".
I have removed the results slide at least twice and re-created it.
Do you recommend that develops create a question slide and then another slide for the review of that question?

Hello Liz,
This got me all curious. Can you check the properties of your Result Slide?
Thanks!
Donna
take a peek, Donna.
thanks for your time.
