I am pretty much done with my course, but when I get a question wrong(on purpose) and hit the submit button, it doesn't do anything. Everything else is working perfectly.
It looks like some of your quiz questions are set to 1 attempt, and others are set to Unlimited attempts. Since you aren't using a "Try Again" layer, you'll want to set all questions to 1 attempt.
I made that change to your file and added it here. Have a look, and let me know if it works for you!
