Quiz using design master multiple response template for True/False?

Hi, I need to apply a master design quiz layout (multiple response) to true/false questions. There is no true/false freeform question (I could use a freeform pick one). However, I would like to know if there is another solution, the client has requested to see a 'true/false submit' trigger (freeform pick one response shows 'pick one/submit' trigger) without rebuilding a built-in true/false template with the elaborate design and states seen in the master designs - I have a ton of different modules to do this for.  Thank you for any help.
