When I try and edit a quiz all the text on the screen gets jumbled and I cannot make edits. I changed my screen resolution but that didn't help wither. PLEASE HELP! I would love to do a screen share.
Thanks for reaching out here, sorry you're seeing this behavior! While we aren't equipped for doing screen shares here in the forums, I may be able to provide some insight. You mentioned that you changed your screen resolution, but have you also checked your DPI settings? Check out this article under your version of Windows for how to do this.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, I'de like to know if it's happening in just one file or if you're seeing this issue in any file you work on in Storyline. If it's just one file, importing your slides into a new file and working from that one may resolve the problem. However, if you're seeing this issue happen with any file I recommend running a repair on Storyline 1.
If you're still having difficulties, you can also reach out to our Support Engineers directly by submitting a case. They'll be able to work with you to investigate further. If you do go this route, let me know your case number here and I'll be sure to follow along! :)
