You can find a little more detail in this thread on the topic. But short answer, no. Currently, it's not possible to globally change the font for notes in Storyline. However, I do think this would be a great feature request!
Has this changed at all. The 6.5 size font that it changes my notes to is driving this little old lady a little nuts. I change it to 12 and do some work or record and it changes back! LOL
Would love to be able to just set my NOTES font size under preferences or something.
Just a little suggestion... when you change your font make sure that you don't have any blank space at the end of the line or on the next few lines. Your change should highlight as much as possible in the note area. If you do that, you should eliminate the problem of having the font change.

Additionally, Kerianne, I wanted to share a link to a tutorial on how to format the notes within Storyline and a link to this thread where Becky suggests a way to work with the notes formatting to ensure consistency, as it's something that is on our radar.
