I am relatively new to storyline and would appreciate any help! I am editing an existing project in Articulate 360. The person that created it is no longer with my company so I have no idea how they did this. I am trying to make a white background in a video, transparent. The person before was able to do it, but I have to replace the file type from swf to mp4s. I've attached screenshots to illustrate what I am saying.
You'll want to use a third party tool to make the background of your video transparent before inserting it in Storyline.
And as it stands now, Storyline supports transparent videos in Flash only. In that case, you would want to publish with Flash first and be sure the learners view the course in a Flash-enabled browser.
