I am using the test mode for users to choose the answer to two different questions. The first slide works as anticipated with the incorrect answer box coming up and clearing after clicking "try again" or "continue. On the second slide the "incorrect" box comes up briefly after clicking "continue" on the correct answer box. I can't seem to stop it from doing this. Any options?
Appreciate that, Barbette! I tested it on the latest version of Storyline 360 and saw the same issue you described in slide 2 – quite bizarre!
I don't see anything in the file that would cause this behavior and a rebuild of the triggers didn't help, so I'd like to get more eyes on this. I've submitted your file to our Support Team for a closer look. They'll reach out to you with their findings via email soon. Keep an eye out for that email, and I'll follow along as I'm really curious to know what's causing this!
Hi again, Barbette – and those following this thread!
I've been thinking about this case and saw that after some digging around my teammate, Renz, discovered:
On the correct layer, the setting to prevent base layer interactions was unchecked. This was causing the course to detect clicks on the base layer outside the hotspot and triggering the incorrect layer to appear.

Thank you! I am using Storyline 360. It appears in the Preview and after publishing.

Yowza!
I wanted to share everything one needs to know about working with layers here and how to add interactivity with triggered layers here. Hope that helps, and we're here if you need anything else!
