When accessing the hamburger menu, the hamburger menu is restricted as per the functionality. The restrictions are unlocked as the user progresses further. However, the menu becomes restricted again upon logging out and back in, which is not intended.
kindly help us to provide solutions.

Hello Vijay Kumawat, upon revisiting the slide have you got the prompt which says "Resume/Restart"? Make sure you enabled this option in Storyline Player properties.
Once the player properties window was opened, click on the Gear icon labeled as Other and then on Restart choose prompt to "resume option".
By default Storyline has this option enabled. You could have changed this setting by any chance.
Additionally if the Navigation Restrictions were set to "Locked" within Menu Options, as soon as you navigate to the next slide, the previous slide gets locked. I suggest you to change the setting to "Restricted".
With this option enabled, initially the Next button will be disabled and upon completion of the timeline, the Next button appears allowing the user to navigate to the next slide. Once the slide has been viewed, you can observe that a tick mark appears next to Menu title within the Navigation pane, which allows user to review those slides that were previously completed.
