Hello, I've got a thin border of black on the top and bottom of my course when it plays in Learndash. How do I remove the border? I've removed all player controls and can't figure it out.
Is this a Storyline module you are loading into a LearnDash lesson?? If so, how are you loading it? LearnDash doesn't support SCORM natively, but there are plug-ins that will allow you to do this...
Personally, I load the Storyline as a web module which I upload to a folder on the WordPress site and then open the course in an iframe using an HTML snippet setting the width=100% and the height=100% - see this example below:
This sizes the viewing window to the Storyline player - which has everything stripped out from it (Menu, Resources, Next and Previous etc).
But, if you are using a different method, you might want to set the Storyline Player to 'Light' in the Player settings so that if the aspect ratio of the course doesn't match the viewing window aspect ratio, at least the background is white not black....
