Report video pause time to LMS

I would like to set up an assessment within Articulate Storyline 2 whereby a participant views a video and at the time they believe a specific action has taken place they can pause the video and answer a subsequent mutliple choice question.

The participant will have to make the decision about when to pause the video on the first viewing of the video. There will be no opportunity to have a second attempt at the video as the purpose of this assessment is to test their ability to make a quick decision in a potentially stressful situation.

I can get the mutliple choice question to report to the LMS (Blackboard 9.1) no problem. I now need to get the time the video was paused to report to the LMS and provide a grade/mark. For example a correct answer could be anytime between  10-15 seconds.

So I need a grade for both the time the video was paused if it was within the correct timeframe and a grade for the subsequent multiple choice question.

If anyone has any ideas for me I would be very appreciative.
