Resolutions

Hello!

I recently published my course as a AICC file, and when doing so also changed the resolution on pictures and sound.  Would this have effected any of the timing in my course?  When I went to show somebody, the sound seemed to be shifted and not everything lined up as it did before on the timeline, causing my pictures to "end" before the audio was done playing.  Before changing the resolution/publishing the course, it worked fine (I tested it multiple times).
