When I add resources and publish the course, the resource tab is there, but it's a scroll bar and you can't read the titles of the resources. However, in the player preview, everything is just fine. Anything I'm missing?
Is it possible you're viewing the HTM5 output in Internet Explorer for Storyline 2? If so, try switching to one of these supported browsers instead, and let me know if that helps!
HTML5
Windows: Google Chrome (latest version)
Mac: Safari 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version)
Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 7 and later, Google Chrome (latest version) in Android OS 4.1 and later
I have seen a similar issue reported when users are viewing the HTML5 content in an unsupported HTML5 browser. Check out the system requirements, including viewing, here.
If you need us to take a look, please feel free to share the .story file.

I know this is an older thread. Does SL2 STILL not support IE11?
Hi Janet,
Storyline 2 supports viewing content in IE11 when you're viewing the Flash output. We still don't support it for HTML5.
Our latest versions of Storyline (Storyline 360 and Storyline 3) both support IE11 and Edge for viewing of the HTML5 output.
