Resource url links not working

I added 5 resources total to the storyline player. 1 pdf and 4 url links. When I run the story.html file the links highlight in yellow when hovered over but the urls do not work when clicked. The pdf opens just fine.

I am viewing/sharing the output folder via dropbox for the client to review. I am using chrome and they are using IE and we are both experiencing the same issue. Is there something I am doing wrong when adding the url to the player resources? Still kind of new with this so hopefully it something simple.

Any ideas would be helpful.
