Resources (again...)

I have a very "clean" design - no Tabs, no "Resources" link, but I would like Resources.

Is there any way to access "internal" Resources, (in the same way as thought there WERE a Resources button...), from a custom button that I create and then place on the screen, or do I have to have links to a server/url etc.?
