When importing an Engage interaction in a Storyline presentation, the Resources Tab displays behind the Engage and is not visible in the Player. Now you can not access the resources.
This post is not related to the Resources tab displaying behind an Engage in Storyline, but refers to not being able to update my profile. I've tried to change my email address and get an OOOPS error when I hit save.

Hi Marianne,
You may find that some player elements get obscured by web objects on the slide. In other words, some player elements will actually appear behind web objects. This also affects videos inserted from websites (such as Screenr, Vimeo, Google Videos, etc) and imported Engage interactions, since these are also treated as web objects.

As for the Heroes profile information change, please open a ticket with our support team, including the email address you'd like to switch to, and we'll be happy to assist you with that.
Thanks for mentioning that you're publishing to HTML5 - this would seem to be unexpected behavior in that case.
If you'd like, we'd be happy to take a closer look at it. Please submit a case, including your .story file, using this link so our support team can assist you further.
