Results slide behaviour

Do I've had a few dramas getting an assessment to work - then all was resolved. Today I;m doing a final check and the success/failures are not showing AND the image is greyed out - see below (in Preview mode). What is going on? Can anyone help?

Can you share the .story file or even just a few of the quiz slides and we can help you troubleshoot - could be that feedback option is turned to 'none'?

I don't want to give feedback to each question - just a result at the end. I have a layer for success and one for try again/.fail.
I want the learner to get 80% and they can have three attempts. I had this working perfectly the other day - it makes no sense.
I changed the photo and fixed that issue.

this is what I get on preview so I'm not seeing the same issue as described in your post.
hey Wendy - I replaced the image as I couldn't sort it out.
You're seeing results so that's good. Did it let you have three attempts?
