I have my results slide set for a passing score of 90%. When a learner does not pass the course my LMS is showing that score but showing that the learner 'completed' the course. I am assuming that if a learner does not pass a course the result should be that the leaner did NOT complete the course. Am I setting up the results slide incorrectly or the player?
Thanks for your post! Can you tell me what you have selected for your Reporting and Tracking Options? From the publishing window, click Reporting and Tracking. From there, you can choose how you'd like to report LMS data--I would recommend Passed/Incomplete.
Under the Tracking tab, you'll want to select the result slide that is assigned to your quiz.
If you've already selected those settings and you're still having trouble, would you mind sharing your file with me so I can take a closer look?
