on my SL file i have a shape with three states, Normal, Hover and Visited. when user clicks the shape new layer shows up, everything is working fine but i want retain visited state of the shape after user click on it. shape goes back to normal state because of Mouse rollover trigger. Any suggestions?
Thanks for reaching out. Your request sounds like something we could certainly help you out with building. Would you be able to share your .story file so we can see what you've built so far?
I am using Normal, Hover, Visited and Disabled. The first button in the path is set to Normal. The others are initially set to Disabled. The state changes to normal when the user clicks on the previous step. Is this why this is happening?

Glad to hear it Kshitij! I appreciate the update.
I am having this same issue. When you click on the button it shows visited, but when you click on it again it goes back to normal state.
Hi Stephanie,
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are experiencing.
I'm not seeing that with a quick test:
Do you have a .story file that we can take a quick look at?

How are they adjusting from 'Disabled'? You must have a trigger that is causing this behavior.
Could you share a sample .story slide with what you are describing?
Yes I am using a trigger to change the state to normal when the user clicks on the previous step oval.
Can I send It to directly?
Absolutely Stephanie. You are welcome to share it with me directly here. Just please be sure to include the forum url/link as well.
