When I orginally purchased Storyline, I was using Parallels on my Mac. I recently starting using Boot Camp instead of Parallels. I downloaded Storyline under the same serial number within Boot Camp, but none of my previous content is visible. It there a way to retrieve that?
Do you still have the original files within Parallels? You'd need to transfer them to your Boot camp set up - the files are not saved within the installation of the Storyline program, or connected to your serial number but saved as files within your local machine.
