Is anyone having issues publishing to the 360 Review? I cannot get my course to be viewable as it just spins without engaging.
I have broke the course down to chapters and published each and still won't execute. Many co-workers experienced the same result. https://360.articulate.com/review/content/c5cf5085-15a4-46cd-9dcc-b1d831a1c22d/review
HELP!

I am having the same issues.
Any fixes yet?
Hello Candace and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
Thanks for sharing that link and letting us know what you are running into. I'm unable to access that link as well.
Are you having trouble with multiple courses or just this one?
Does it work as expected if republished?
I've opened up a case for you as well in case we need to take a deeper look into what you're running into.
Hi David,
You're running into a similar issue with your Review 360 links?
With your permission, I'd like you to share your project file and published Review link with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
I can see my published course when accessing
https://360.articulate.com/review/content
BUT not when attempting to insert the SL course into RISE
Has this issue been resolved yet?
Actually, although I can "see" my course in https://360.articulate.com/review/content
when clicking on it, the following message appears:
This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready.
Hi Alphonso,
Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you were running into with your Storyline course displaying in Review 360.
Was that a new publish and still processing or are you still running into an issue with this same course?
I am getting the same error when trying to publish a course to Review 360 with video content. "This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready."
I'm having the same issue as well. I cannot view any of my content.
All my content in Review 360 has disappeared this afternoon. (I hope it's still there, somewhere!) I'm getting the error message "Your computer seems to be offline." It really isn't...
UPDATE: My courses are back!
UPDATE: No - they've gone again.
I'm also having issues. It keeps saying my machine is offline but it's not.
Both me and my colleague are having the same issues as the previous posters. Content won't load in 360 Review and we receive a message stating "Your computer seems to be offline." Neither of our computers is offline, as other sites function as intended.
Update: 360 Review seems to be functioning as intended now. Thanks! :)
Yup, I'm getting the "Your Machine Seems to Be Offline" message.
I just tried again and it seems to be back up.
Thank for the update, Ashley. Glad things are working well for you now.
We did have an incident earlier that we now show as resolved.
Please let us know if any of you are still running into difficulty.

My Review 360 worked fine last week, but I am unable to publish to or view previous publications to Review 360 today. I get a "can't reach this page" message. At least one of my co-workers is having the same publishing and viewing problems as well as people trying to review a course that was published last week.
Thank for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing, Tracy.
I've opened up a support case on your behalf so that you can work 1:1 with a support engineer. You should be hearing from someone soon.
Thank you. I am actually able to access Review 360 today! The issue seems to be resolved. I appreciate your help.
Tracy
