I'm wanting my learners to be able to review questions they got wrong in an assessment only. I have utilised the "Review only incorrect questions" option but it is not behaving as intended. It appears to only work to the first instance of an incorrect answer being submitted and then will show all questions answered following on from that for the remainder of the review irrespective of being answered correctly or incorrectly (they are labelled as correct/incorrect).
It is important we do not show questions answered correctly as part of review as learners have been know to screenshot these instances and share with colleagues (collectively building an answer sheet over time)
Is this a bug or am I going mad. I have spent hours testing an eliminating different factors only to come to the conclusion this trigger isn't working correctly.
We're not seeing this issue being reported by our other users so there's a chance that the behavior you're experiencing is related to some existing configuration on your slide. Having custom navigation and 'hard-coded' triggers for example, might change the behavior of review mode.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
