When you have the URL for the course in Review, you can start a Discussion in the Forum that asks people for feedback. I suggest you put that in the "Building Better Courses" part of the community.
You can also send the URL to others and ask them to review your project. By default, Review 360 is set to allow people to provide feedback directly in that program.
