Do you mean a trigger isn't working? In other words, you have at least one trigger that is set to do something when "user right clicks", but it isn't working in the published presentation. Is that correct?
I'm able to use a right click trigger wih no issues in preview or published presentations. You might want to either share your presentation, or send it to Articulate support.

Yes, that is correct.
