I am looking for a way to 'round off' scores on the results slides for quizzing. ie- if a learner gets 80%, is there a way to round it up to 100%? We have tried a few things and can't really come to a solution.
I'm not sure exactly why you are trying to round up; is it for an LMS reporting?
You might find this discussion interesting (link). It has a clever way of rounding off the standard 2 decimal places that SL uses when reporting a score on the results slide.

You could execute a Javascript trigger that submits a score of 100% to your LMS, something like:
var lmsAPI = parent;
lmsAPI.SetScore(100, 100, 0);
SetStatus("completed")
and add a condition so hat the trigger only fires if your 'real's score is greater or equal to 80%
