I'm developing a long game-based project. If the student does not have time to finish it from beginning to end... Is there a way to include a button that helps the student to save his work and continue later where he/she left?
What all needs to be saved (just where they are, or also variables, states, etc)? And what kind of environment are you publishing to (LMS, web, other)?
Right now I'm testing the project through a linked created in Amazon Web Services (AWS) (A friend of mime did it. I don't know how to do this in AWS). My expectation is also to include it separately in MOODLE. I would like that the user could be able to stop at anytime the game and continue later. My expectation is that all his/her work be saved and continue where he/she left when he/she decides to come back. Also, I want to keep all the information from the question bank. Right now, the user can close the game at any point and when he/she comes back there is a message saying that if he/she wants to continue where he/she left or start from the beginning. That's perfect, I just would like the user to have the opportunity to click a button that allows him/her to take that decision at the moment that he/she decides to leave the game. I don't know if I'm making myself clear?
Be aware if it is in Moodle and the game is long at some point you may run out of resume data, there is an option to override the scorm parameters in the scorm settings to give you more characters.

Hi Ramon,
Happy to help here!
One thing you can do to ensure the resume prompt appears is to customize the Player settings. You can do this by:
I think that this guide will be helpful as well when determining how slides behave when revisiting.
Please let us know if you have any questions!
