I am using Articulate 360. When I save a storyline project to video it is still in story format rather than mp4. I have researched but I can't work out what I am doing wrong.
yes, I did select Publish>video. I have tried many times but I can't work out what I am doing wrong. I have followed the instructions but obviously I am missing something.
I worked out the issue. I was saving the file to the default folder on my hard drive (my Articulate Projects). I looked at a youtube video and they saved to the desktop. As soon as I did that it worked. Its very weird because both folders are on my hard drive. I'm quite good with computers - I didn't have a usb, external hard drive or anything else attached to my laptop so I could only save to the hard drive.

Did you select Publish>Video? I'm asking because in your post you said "Save".

Hi Maree,
Sorry to hear that you're running into an issue publishing your Storyline 360 project to Video.
Is it not in the file location you designated when saving it?
Are you getting an error of some type?

Oh, that's great news Maree :) Glad you were able to find that saved video file. I appreciate you popping in with an update.
My default folder is the same as you mentioned, so be sure that you're using proper file-naming conventions.
