Hi team, I've been asked by my wife if I could draft a module for her work's change to soft phones from hard desk phones. I am extremely new at this and this would be my first actual learning design. My analysis so far indicates that this is basically a comms piece prior to rollout and training, and needs to (a) communicate what they need to KNOW about soft phones (not how to use, but what they are and the benefits), and (b) help them BELIEVE that it is a good thing and not a scary thing. I'm drawing a blank on how to make this look great and not another info dump. Does anyone have any ideas that will get me started? Please.
