Manoella, can you provide more details about your issue. Have you published your project for LMS? Do you have a results slide in your project? Have you tried uploading your project to a testing platform like scorm cloud (https://cloud.scorm.com) to see if the tracking and status change works there?

Hi,
Yes, I published my proyect for LMS and have results slides.
As a next step, I would upload and test the project on scorm cloud. If the tracking works there, then the issue is with your LMS.
