I´m creating an interactive course with "storyline" to be published on moodle (LMS). It has 10 units. I would like to score each unit, which are in separate files, according to the slides the students have seen. Is there a possibility apart of just seen or not seen? Like a percentage or something?

Unfortunately at this time, tracking multiple slides, or units, that are not quizzes with results slides, is not supported.
You can track the entire course by number of slides viewed in your publishing output, but this will only report a completion status.
However you may be able to try some of the methods described here.
