I've got a client who I've sent a course to and he's telling me that screen pinching is not working on his mobile device when he launches the course I sent him on his LMS (a heavily customised Totara system).
Just so I can help isolate the problem, is there any particular settings I must publish the course in to help enable this to happen?
Have you tried uploading the course to SCORM Cloud and getting him to test it there? If it works there but not on his LMS then you can confidently say that it is the LMS that is causing the issue and not a problem with your course.

Gestures are supported in Storyline 360 and Storyline 3 HTML5 output. You can also use gestures with the Articulate Mobile Player app in Storyline 2 output.
It's Storyline 3. I've tested on Scorm.Cloud and it swipes and pinches. I just wanted to check if there was any specific settings to ensure that i'd done everything i needed to.
