I am creating a troubleshooting guide where I need to screen record the user's response to each question. Is there any JavaScript method or any other method to achieve this result? Depending upon the answer combination from the users, respective results appear. the answer choice is the radio button (i.e. Yes, No, I don't know) I have attached one diagram for the reference.
