Screen Recording | Playback Audio Fades In & Out

Good day,

When using the Screen Recording function in Articulate 360 once the recording is done and inserted into project, the playback audio fades in and out. 

I haven't had this problem in the past, but something that started happening.  I had my IT update audio drivers, but the issue persists.  Is this a known issue or would someone assist with troubleshooting?

I understand the audio in your course is fading in and out after inserting it into your course. I'd love to help narrow down the issue and have a few clarifying questions to start.

  • Is this happening when you use the screen record option only in this course, or all courses? If you open a blank course, does the issue persist?
  • Does this happen when you preview and publish the course?
