Scroll bar not appearing in the Player Properties: Color and Effects > modern theme

Hi,
Some of the theming options are below the fold, and there is no scroll bar present. What options am I not seeing, and how do I access them? 
Unrelated, is it possible to apply a color to the arrow icons in this Modern theme, or to center the arrow icon only within the button area in the Classic theme? -Thanks!

Unfortunately, it's not possible. The Modern Player was intentionally designed to have neutral tones of the dark and light themes to allow your content to be the focus of learners’ attention while the player performs a supporting role in the background. Read more about that here!
We currently have a feature request to allow for more colors to be changed in the Modern Player, but if you need more customization, the Classic Player is currently your best bet. You can find the color for arrows under the Button Icon color:
Is it possible to center the arrow icon only within the button area in the Classic theme?
Selecting between button styles is a feature of the Modern Player. The Classic player will always have the icons and text for the Prev and Next buttons.
