My question is about the "search" feature at the upper right corner of the articulate.com E-Learning Heroes website. Occasionally, a search will produce a lot of results, but usually the same search will produce no results. These are common terms like "background", "theme". I am trying it on two separate browsers, have cleared my cache, restarted the PC, but still receive the following message when I search:

That's a great suggestion as our team continues to look into the issue and works on updates to our E-Learning Heroes site. The search functionality seems to work intermittently for some users - but the Google search method is a great alternative and will share not just forum posts, but support articles, tutorials, etc.
